Diversified Real Estate

Development opportunities, multifamily, hospitality, medical, industrial, and other assets considered on a case-by-case basis. Exceptional opportunities in any class are reviewed.

II.
Capitalization
$10MM – $100MM

Total capitalization range for equity placement engagements. Transactions outside this range may be considered for sponsors with established programmatic relationships.

III.
Hold Period
2 – 5 Years

Target hold period aligned with value-add, development, and stabilized investment strategies. Longer holds considered for DST and core assets with strong income profiles.

IV.
Equity Position
Up to 100% LP

We can source up to 100% of the LP capital requirement, including CO-GP positions, preferred equity, and joint venture structures tailored to the transaction.
